After graduating from high school, Johanna had the desire and the opportunity to travel the world in parts. It was during this time that she decided to learn a profession that would allow her to meet people all over the world without a lot of equipment or special language skills.

During her stay in the USA in particular, she became interested in human health and anatomy. Johanna decided to start a physiotherapy training programme, which she successfully completed in 2007 at the LFK Bad Krozingen.

After her training, she was able to combine work and family life as an employed physiotherapist in 3 different physiotherapy practices specialising in orthopaedics and osteopathy.

In 2014, Johanna began her osteopathy training at the German Society for Osteopathic Medicine.

In 2018, after completing the prescribed course curriculum including the clinical course block and passing the theoretical and practical final examination, the DGOM awarded her the Osteopathic Therapy D.O.T. diploma.
