How you support us in all areas of the practice:

• You are our calling card You are responsible for providing friendly, empathetic and courteous patient service at reception, as well as corresponding with our patients on the phone and by email. You will ensure a pleasant and calm atmosphere within our practice.
• Full overview When managing patients in the consultation hour, you have a full overview of all processes and manage the consultation hour and the team of all those involved in a relaxed, cheerful and forward-looking manner.
• Responsibility As part of physical therapy, you will carry out delegable activities (e.g. RSWT, V-Actor, kinesio taping, EMTT, rPMS, laser therapy, cryotherapy...) independently and assist in the medical consultation if required.
• Innovation & initiative You are a driving force to continuously improve the practice processes and are enthusiastic about driving forward the constantly new possibilities of digital process optimization in various areas.
